Can I Cancel My Order? Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Installation Services: We do not offer installation services for equipment purchases made through our site.

Checking Order Status: You will receive an email with order status updates. Alternatively, you can reach out to us for order details.

Delivery Time: In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. Large items may take 2-4 weeks or 6-12 weeks to ship due to current circumstances. Our delivery lead times are subject to variability based on the timing of your purchase and the specific product category. It is important to note that certain deliveries may require an extended period, of up to 30 days, to allow for comprehensive machine software updates and mechanical inspections prior to dispatch. This meticulous process is implemented to ensure the highest quality standards for all products upon receipt by our customers.

Received the Wrong Item: If you received the incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team at info@hittingbuddy.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and may require a picture of the incorrect product.

Personal Information Sharing: We use third-party providers for shipping and credit card processing, sharing only necessary information. Your data is not stored or shared.

Warranty Information: Most products have warranties, but if it's not clear on the product page, contact us for clarification. Warranty details can be found as a downloadable PDF labeled “Warranty” on the item’s page. Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s policy, and international warranty validity should be confirmed.

Pickup Option: All HittingBuddy.com orders are shipped via commercial carriers and cannot be picked up.

Freight Forwarder: A freight forwarder combines shipments and transports them to your destination. We can ship to U.S.-based freight forwarders, but you must set up an account with them before placing an order. Additional fees may apply, and duties/taxes are separate.

Shipping from Manufacturer: All products on our site are shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse to your preferred location.
